Privacy & Safety
At Overtime Equine, we understand the importance of privacy and safety when it comes to transporting horses. We prioritize the secure and responsible handling of all personal information provided to us. Rest assured, we use industry-standard practices to protect your data and ensure a safe transport environment for your horses.
Health Requirements
All horses must be up to date on health requirements before transport. This includes a current negative Coggins test and, where applicable, a valid Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (health certificate). We reserve the right to refuse transport to any horse showing signs of illness, contagious disease, or poor overall condition (unless otherwise arranged before pickup). To ensure a safe and comfortable journey, the owners must inform us of any known medical issues, behavioral concerns, or special handling needs before the scheduled pickup.
Transport Conditions
Horses are transported in spacious box stalls to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the trip. Orchard grass and fresh water is available to the horses at all times. We check on each horse frequently and are happy to follow any special feeding or care instructions you provide. For longer trips, we provide layovers at trusted facilities to allow horses to rest, eat, and recover in a safe quiet enviornment. The safety and well-being of your horse/s remain our highest priority.
Equine Transport Agreement
All clients are required to sign an Equine Transport Agreement prior to pickup. This agreement outlines all terms and conditions of service, including health requirements, liability, payment terms, and emergency procedures. It ensures that both the owner and the transporter have a clear understanding of expectations and responsibilities. No horse will be hauled without a signed agreement on file, so we encourage clients to review and complete the agreement well in advance of the scheduled transport date.
